About the Event

This intensive 8-hour workshop is designed to address one of the most challenging issues in a PSAP—conflict mismanagement. Unresolved conflict can waste time, increase stress, and hinder performance.

Participants will learn to redefine conflict, build conflict capacity, and apply effective strategies to manage and resolve conflicts, turning them into opportuni5es for growth and teamwork.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.
