About The Event
Next Generation 9-1-1 is 20 years in the making and it's finally here! So what exactly does that mean for 9-1-1 and public safety? This course will go over 9-1-1 from its inception to the current status of 9-1-1, and where it can be in the not-so-distant future. In addition, this training will go over many of the systems and programs that The El Paso County 911 District provides to various agencies within El Paso County.
TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.
Note: Not all agencies have approved the course format and content.
