El Paso Regional Communications Center, 6055 Threadgill Ave, El Paso, TX 79924, USA

Location:  Computer Training Room

WebRMS will be upgraded from version 3.7 to Octave OnCall Records version 10.0. The upgrade will address several outstanding service requests and introduce a redesigned user interface, an updated system layout, and enhanced workflow functionality.

During this session, participants will receive hands-on instruction designed to familiarize them with the changes and prepare them to continue performing their daily tasks and responsibilities with minimal disruption.

Who Should Attend

Each participating regional Combined Records Management Enterprise (CRIME) System agency is asked to designate appropriate personnel to attend. Participants should ideally be:

  • An agency-designated subject matter expert, trainer, or power user;
  • Knowledgeable about the agency’s RMS operations and workflows; and
  • Comfortable providing training, technical guidance, or peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.

Prior experience providing instructions or user training is strongly preferred.  In addition, Records Personnel and Property Custodians are highly encouraged to attend.

Agency Training Responsibility

This session will follow a train-the-trainer approach. Upon completing the training, designated trainers and power users will be responsible for providing OnCall Records version 10.0 training and ongoing support to personnel within their respective agencies.

We appreciate your agency’s participation and partnership as we prepare for the transition to OnCall Records version 10.0.
