Course Description:
Every PSAP has a culture—and everyone helps shape it. This course explores how beliefs, attitudes, and daily actions influence workplace culture and, in turn, affect productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Participants will learn how organizational structures and behaviors define culture and gain practical leadership, communication, and wellness strategies that anyone in the center can use to build a positive, empowering work environment where employees can perform at their best.

Target Audience:
Ideal for telecommunicators, supervisors, managers, trainers, and anyone who wants to positively influence their PSAP’s culture and support employee well-being and performance.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.  Note: Not all agencies have approved the course content for reporting, please check with your designated agency representative.
