About the Event

The El Paso County 911 District, in partnership with On Scene First, is proud to offer Team Driven Leadership Approach, an interactive and comprehensive course designed to strengthen morale, leadership capability, and team culture within emergency communications environments.

This course provides participants with a practical understanding of how team-driven leadership and individual accountability work together to influence workplace morale. Drawing from feedback collected from hundreds of Emergency Communications Centers nationwide, the class explores what teams need to keep doing, start doing, and stop doing to cultivate a positive and productive culture.

Through guided instruction led by Tracy Eldridge, ENP, students will learn how leadership responsibilities and team buy-in intersect and how every member—regardless of rank or role—contributes to the trajectory of morale within their organization. Key concepts include self-awareness, managing challenging behaviors, letting go of past barriers, and reframing negative perspectives into constructive ones. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped with tools and insights to support an environment where effective leadership and high team morale operate hand-in-hand to drive collective success.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.  Note: Not all agencies have approved the course content for reporting, please check with your designated agency representative.
