About the Event
This El Paso County 911 District developed course provides participants with comprehensive training on the NICE Inform v10 platform, a leading solution for incident information management and multimedia recording in public safety communications. Through hands-on instruction and guided demonstrations, students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize NICE Inform in their daily operations.
The course is designed for NICE Inform end-users in any capacity, including custodians of records, system administrators, supervisors, and sworn personnel engaged in investigative functions. It is intended for individuals responsible for accessing, managing, reviewing, or exporting audio and multimedia records within the NICE Inform v10 environment.
THIS COURSE ONLY OPEN TO EL PASO FIRE COMMUNICATONS, EL PASO POLICE DEPARTMENT & EL PASO SHERIFF'S OFFICE PERSONNEL.
TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting. Note: Not all agencies have approved the course content for reporting, please check with your designated agency representative.
