About The Event

One Badge, a class designed to improve the efficiency of your emergency response. The 911 system is the backbone of the public safety response system. It doesn’t work without it. The power and diversity of this system is often championed and praised, critiqued and ridiculed. With strategies and perspectives taught in this class, participants will walk away with a comprehensive understanding of dynamics making up the 911 system, informed to weaknesses inside the 911 system, and given tools to fight division and build unity in their local emergency response system.

*Taught by Capt. Jeremy Hill of the Amarillo Fire Department.

Registration: Slots are available for the first 20 Region 4 Telecommunicators on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority seating for participating El Paso County 911 District agencies.

TCOLE documentation will be available for outside course reporting. Questions? Email training@elpaso911.org
