The El Paso County 911 District, located in El Paso, Texas, provides enhanced 9-1-1 service for all of El Paso County serving more than 700,000 citizens. Since 1987, the District has been dedicated to deploying enhanced technology in
meeting today’s public safety challenges. The 9-1-1 equipment and infrastructure is provided and maintained by the El Paso
County 911 District.
Each month, the 911 call-takers (provided by the City of El Paso) process more than 45,000 emergency calls, providing the vital communications link between
citizens and emergency response agencies.
