Training 9-1-1 Heroes Online Catalog - 1st Quarter Offering

9-1-1 Telecommunicators are often the last to receive training. Each day our profession evolves, and each day a there is a new threat to our responders. It is critical that 9-1-1 Telecommunicators have the opportunity for continuing education. Training 9-1-1 Heroes will provide monthly continuing education courses. These courses take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Registration: Slots are available for the first 13 Region 4 Telecommunicators for this 1st quarter offering on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority for participating El Paso County 911 District agencies.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.
