Kim Turner: Interpersonal Skills and Career Survival

Navigates the different personality types, temperaments and conflict in the dispatch workplace. Through discovery, students will learn basic skills to set, manage, and accomplish their goals to maximize their motivation throughout their career.

Registration: Slots are available for the first 30 Region 4 Telecommunicators on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority seating for participating El Paso County 911 District agencies. 

Cutoff date for registation will be Friday, February 4th.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.
